Use of library facilities at state higher education institutions.","body":"(a) Any student enrolled as a full or part-time student at any of the constituent units of the state system of higher education shall be permitted to use the library facilities and services of any other institution in said system.\n(b) The Board of Regents for Higher Education shall promulgate such regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of this section.","path":["TITLE 10a.
