Kerr program.","body":"(a) For the purposes of this section, “veterinary student” means an in-state resident enrolled in an accredited veterinary graduate school.\n(b) The president of The University of Connecticut shall establish and administer the Kirklyn M. Kerr program to support the veterinary medicine education of not more than five veterinary students per cohort. Each cohort may be funded for a four-year period.","path":["TITLE 10a.
