Stat. § 10a-55","heading":"Campus crime and security: Definitions.","body":"For purposes of this section and sections 10a-55a to 10a-55c, inclusive, and section 5 of public act 90-259*:\n(1) “Institution of higher education” means a constituent unit of the state system of higher education, as defined in section 10a-1, or an independent institution of higher education, as defined in subsection (a) of section 10a-173.\n(2) “Housing” means all residence halls and sorority and fraternity residences owned or under the control of an institution of higher education.\n(3) “Employee” means a person who is employed by an institution of higher education and is not a student at such institution.","path":["TITLE 10a.
