Stat. § 10a-72e","heading":"Articulation agreements for nursing programs.","body":"(a) The Board of Trustees of The University of Connecticut, the Board of Regents for Higher Education and the governing boards of the Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing and Connecticut's independent institutions of higher education shall develop a plan to ensure that there are articulation agreements for their nursing programs to assist nurses in advancing their education and nursing credentials.\n(b) Not later than July 1, 2004, such boards shall implement the plan developed pursuant to subsection (a) of this section.","path":["TITLE 10a.
