Stat. § 12-560","heading":"Bonding of employees.","body":"The commissioner may, if he determines that it is necessary, require any of the department's employees to give bond in such amount as the commissioner may determine. Every such bond when duly executed and approved shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of the State.
