Stat. § 13b-31c","heading":"Designation of scenic roads.","body":"The Commissioner of Transportation, in consultation with the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection and the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, may designate state highways or portions thereof as scenic roads.
