Stat. § 14-43","heading":"Misrepresentation renders license void.","body":"(a) An operator's license issued upon an application containing any material false statement is void from the date of its issue and shall be surrendered, on demand, to the commissioner. Any moneys paid for the license shall be forfeited to the state.\n(b) No person shall obtain or attempt to obtain any license for another by misrepresentation or impersonation and any license obtained by misrepresentation or impersonation is void.\n(c) Any person who violates any provision of this section and any person who fails to surrender a falsely obtained operator's license upon the demand of the commissioner shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars.","path":["TITLE 14.
