Stat. § 14-44n","heading":"Notification of violation to licensing authority of another state.","body":"(a) If any person who holds a commercial driver's license issued by another state is convicted of a violation of any provision of law related to motor vehicle traffic control, as reported to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles by the Centralized Infractions Bureau or any clerk of the Superior Court, the commissioner shall notify the licensing authority of such state where such person is licensed within thirty days of the date of such conviction.\n(b) If any person who holds a motor vehicle operator's license issued by any other state is convicted of a violation, arising out of the operation of a commercial motor vehicle, of any provision of law related to motor vehicle traffic control, as reported to the commissioner by the Centralized Infractions Bureau or any clerk of the Superior Court, the commissioner shall notify the licensing authority of such state where such person is licensed within thirty days of the date of such conviction.\n(c) On and after September 30, 2008, the notification required by subsections (a) and (b) of this section shall be made within ten days of the date of such conviction.","path":["TITLE 14.
