Stat. § 14-97","heading":"Defrosting devices on school buses and motor vehicles used to transport passengers for hire.","body":"(a) Each school bus, as defined in subsection (a) of section 14-275, used for the transportation of school children and each motor vehicle used to transport passengers for hire shall be equipped with a defrosting device, in good working order and adequate to prevent the accumulation of snow, ice, frost or condensation on the windshield.\n(b) Operation of a motor vehicle or, as owner, permitting the operation of a motor vehicle, in violation of any provision of this section, shall be an infraction.","path":["TITLE 14.
