Penalty.","body":"(a) Any person required to obtain a safe boating certificate pursuant to section 15-140e shall have such certificate on board at all times while operating a vessel. On demand of an officer authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter, such person shall exhibit the certificate to the officer.\n(b) Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be fined not less than sixty dollars or more than two hundred fifty dollars for each violation.","path":["TITLE 15.
