Stat. § 15-176","heading":"Reasonable time for compliance with requirement or order.","body":"Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes, if the commissioner requires or orders any person or docking facility to comply with the provisions of sections 15-170 to 15-175, inclusive, such requirement or order shall specify a reasonable time for compliance, during which period no penalty shall be levied or assessed. In setting a reasonable time for compliance, the commissioner shall consider all relevant factors, including seasonal construction limitations.","path":["TITLE 15.
