Operators with disabilities.","body":"The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall adopt regulations in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 specifying the manner in which retail dealers, as defined in section 14-318, shall notify customers of the location of self-service and full-service fuel pumps or any pumps at which discounts are offered for cash payment or credit cards are accepted. The regulations shall include provision for the direction of motor vehicle operators with disabilities to the appropriate self-service pump as provided in section 14-325b.","path":["TITLE 16a.
