Stat. § 17a-455a","heading":"Lease of private residence for a person receiving services from the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.","body":"Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes, the Commissioner of Mental Health and Addiction Services may, within available appropriations, enter into a lease or other rental agreement for an apartment, home or similar private residence on behalf of and for occupancy by a person receiving services from the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services if the commissioner determines that such person is unable to lease or rent such apartment, home or similar private residence on such person's own behalf. Any such lease or rental agreement shall not exceed the fair market price for the area in which such apartment, home or similar private residence is located.","path":["TITLE 17a.
