Information concerning beneficiaries confidential.","body":"Any person who, except for purposes directly connected with the administration of the vocational rehabilitation program, solicits, discloses, receives or makes use of, or authorizes, knowingly permits, participates in or acquiesces in the use of, any name or list of names of, or any information concerning, persons applying for or receiving vocational rehabilitation, directly or indirectly derived from official sources or documents or acquired in the course of the performance of official duties, shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars.","path":["TITLE 17a.
