State-wide network of independent living centers.","body":"(a) The Department of Aging and Disability Services shall establish and maintain a state-wide network of centers for independent living.\n(b) Not more than five per cent of the amount appropriated in any fiscal year for the purposes of this section may be used by the Department of Aging and Disability Services to provide state-wide administration, evaluation and technical assistance relating to the implementation of this section.","path":["TITLE 17a.
