Funding.","body":"(a) Residents' advocates, under supervision of the regional ombudsmen, shall assist the regional ombudsmen in the performance of all duties and responsibilities of the regional ombudsmen as described in section 17a-875.\n(b) All long-term care facilities shall post or cause to be posted in a conspicuous place therein a list of the names of the appropriate residents' advocates and the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the appropriate ombudsmen.\n(c) The Commissioner of Aging and Disability Services shall have authority to seek funding for the purposes contained in this section from public and private sources, including, but not limited to, any federal or state funded programs.","path":["TITLE 17a.
