State-administered general assistance program.","body":"On and after July 1, 1998, the commissioner shall implement a state-administered general assistance program and on or before April 1, 1997, the commissioner shall implement said program in the fourteen towns in which the regional or district offices of the Department of Social Services are located, subject to the restrictions of section 17b-195.
