Liability of home or institution having life care contract.","body":"No home or institution having a life care contract with any person therein shall be liable for the support of such person in a state humane institution if such home or institution is financially unable to continue performance of the life care contract, as set forth in section 17b-602, provided such home or institution shall be liable to the extent of its ability as determined by the Commissioner of Social Services under the provisions of said section.","path":["TITLE 17b.
