Purchase or lease and management of property.","body":"The Commissioner of Social Services may obtain real and personal property with the approval of the Attorney General, by purchase or lease. The expense of obtaining and maintaining such property shall be paid out of appropriations for the Department of Social Services. Said commissioner may, subject to the provisions of chapter 67, appoint such supervisory and other personnel as may be necessary for the management of such property.","path":["TITLE 17b.
