Liability of agency and its officers.","body":"(a) No individual designated pursuant to an agreement under section 17b-267 as a certifying officer shall, in the absence of gross negligence or intent to defraud the state, be liable with respect to any payments certified by him under section 17b-267.\n(b) No disbursing officer shall, in the absence of gross negligence or intent to defraud the state, be liable with respect to any payment by him under section 17b-267 if it was based upon a voucher signed by a certifying officer designated as provided in subsection (a) of this section.\n(c) No such agency or organization shall be liable to the state for any payments referred to in subsection (a) or (b) of this section.","path":["TITLE 17b.
