Stat. § 17b-523a","heading":"Rights of resident of continuing-care retirement facility.","body":"Each resident of a continuing-care retirement facility is entitled to:\n(1) A voice in all decisions affecting the resident's health, welfare and financial security;\n(2) Transparency regarding the financial stability of the provider operating the facility at which the resident resides;\n(3) Timely notification of developments affecting the facility, including, but not limited to: (A) Ownership changes of the provider operating the facility at which the resident resides, (B) a change in the financial condition of the provider operating the facility at which the resident resides, and (C) construction and renovation at the facility at which the resident resides;\n(4) Independence in decisions regarding medical care and assisted living services; and\n(5) Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities.","path":["TITLE 17b.
