Stat. § 19a-131p","heading":"Public health urgent communication account.","body":"There is established an account to be known as the “public health urgent communication account”, which shall be a separate, nonlapsing account. The account shall contain any moneys required by law to be deposited in the account. Moneys in the account shall be expended by the Department of Public Health for the purposes of providing timely, effective communication to members of the general public, health care providers and other relevant stakeholders during a public health emergency, as described in section 19a-131a.","path":["TITLE 19a.
