Stat. § 19a-16f","heading":"Report to General Assembly on scope of practice review processes.","body":"On or before January 1, 2013, the Commissioner of Public Health shall evaluate the processes implemented pursuant to sections 19a-16d and 19a-16e and report to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public health, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, on the effectiveness of such processes in addressing scope of practice requests. Such report may also include recommendations from the committee concerning measures that could be implemented to improve the scope of practice review process.","path":["TITLE 19a.
