Regulations.","body":"The Commissioner of Public Health shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, specifying the methods of reporting, recording, issuing, maintaining, indexing, correcting and amending vital records and statistics collected under the provisions of sections 19a-42 to 19a-45, inclusive, chapter 93 or chapter 815e. The commissioner shall develop such forms, formats and uniform procedures as the commissioner deems necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 19a-42 to 19a-45, inclusive, chapter 93 and chapter 815e.","path":["TITLE 19a.
