Fines.","body":"(a) The provisions of this chapter may be enforced by injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction.\n(b) The holding of an assembly in violation of any provision or condition contained in this chapter shall be deemed a public nuisance and may be abated as such.\n(c) Any person who violates subsection (a) of section 19a-436 or who violates any condition upon which he is granted a license shall be fined not less than one thousand dollars or more than ten thousand dollars.
