Stat. § 19a-504b","heading":"Home health care for elderly persons.","body":"Each licensed hospital or outpatient surgical facility where a one-day ambulatory surgical or invasive diagnostic procedure as defined by the Connecticut Peer Review Organization has been performed on a person who is sixty-five years of age or older shall ascertain or attempt to insure the availability of home health care for such person. As used in this section: “Outpatient surgical facility” means a facility operated by a corporation other than a hospital which provides ambulatory surgical care in addition to the provision of medical care for diagnosis and treatment of persons with acute or chronic conditions or to the provision of surgical care to well persons.","path":["TITLE 19a.
