Emergency transfer of patients; notice requirement.","body":"If the commissioner determines that there is imminent danger to the health, safety or welfare of any patient in any nursing home facility or residential care home, said commissioner may transfer or cause to be transferred such patient to another nursing home facility, residential care home or hospital, provided the commissioner promptly notifies the spouse, relative, guardian or conservator or sponsoring agency of such patient of the transfer and indicates the nursing home facility, residential care home or hospital to which such patient has been transferred.","path":["TITLE 19a.
