Stat. § 19a-6d","heading":"Tobacco abuse reduction and health plan.","body":"The Commissioner of Public Health and the Commissioner of Mental Health and Addiction Services shall, within available appropriations, develop a tobacco abuse reduction and health plan and shall submit such plan to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public health and appropriations and the budgets of state agencies, not later than April 1, 2001. The plan shall consider and recommend actions to (1) reduce tobacco and substance abuse, and (2) address the unmet physical and mental health needs of the state, taking into account the most recent version of the state health plan prepared by the Department of Public Health pursuant to section 19a-7.","path":["TITLE 19a.
