Stat. § 19a-6v","heading":"Report from department re work on the Healthy Brain Initiative.","body":"Not later than January 1, 2025, and annually thereafter, the Department of Public Health shall report, within available appropriations and in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public health regarding the department's work on the Healthy Brain Initiative. As used in this section, “Healthy Brain Initiative” means the National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's collaborative approach to fully integrate cognitive health into public health practice and reduce the risk and impact of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.","path":["TITLE 19a.
