Reports.","body":"The Commissioner of Public Health, with advice and assistance from the board, shall make regulations for the government of the board in the transaction of its business. The board shall, annually, on or before the first day of October, make a report to the Department of Public Health of its official acts, with such suggestions as it deems advisable with reference to the matters committed to its charge.","path":["TITLE 20.
