Stat. § 20-13a","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in sections 20-13a to 20-13e, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:\n(1) “Board” means the Connecticut Medical Examining Board, as provided for in section 20-8a;\n(2) “Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Public Health;\n(3) “County society” means a county medical association affiliated with the Connecticut State Medical Society;\n(4) “Department” means the Department of Public Health;\n(5) “License” means any license or permit issued pursuant to section 20-10, 20-11a or 20-12;\n(6) “Physician” means a person holding a license issued pursuant to this chapter, except a homeopathic physician; and\n(7) “State society” means the Connecticut State Medical Society or the Connecticut Osteopathic Medical Society.","path":["TITLE 20.
