Renewal.","body":"A license under the provisions of this chapter shall be given under the hand of the Commissioner of Public Health or the commissioner's designee. A fee shall be paid to the department, at the date of application for a license, as follows: For licensed optician, granting full responsibility, two hundred dollars. Such licenses shall be renewed annually in accordance with the provisions of section 19a-88 and a fee shall be paid to the department at the date of renewal application as follows: For a licensed optician, two hundred five dollars.","path":["TITLE 20.
