Advertising legend drug prices.","body":"A pharmacist or any person holding a pharmacy license (1) may advertise the price of any legend drug sold at retail based on the prescription of a prescribing practitioner, provided, each such advertisement shall clearly state the period during which the advertised price or prices shall remain in effect and shall not contain any statement indicating that the advertised price or prices are subject to change without notice; and (2) shall disclose, upon request, the price of any such legend drug to any prospective purchaser.","path":["TITLE 20.
