Repackaged drugs not considered misbranded, when.","body":"Notwithstanding the provisions of section 21a-106 concerning misbranding of drugs or devices, a drug shall not be considered misbranded when repackaged by a pharmacy or an institutional pharmacy into stock packages for use within the pharmacy or the institutional pharmacy, provided the stock packages contain a label indicating the drug's name, strength, lot number, manufacturer and expiration date, if any.","path":["TITLE 20.
