Stat. § 20-628","heading":"Shipping, mailing or delivering legend devices or drugs.","body":"No nonresident pharmacy shall engage in the business of shipping, mailing or delivering legend devices or legend drugs in this state unless such nonresident pharmacy has been issued a certificate of registration by the commission and has paid the fee for issuance or renewal of such certificate of registration required in section 20-601. Applications for a certificate of registration as a nonresident pharmacy shall be made on a form furnished by the commission. The commission may require such information as it deems reasonably necessary to carry out the purpose of this section.","path":["TITLE 20.
