Stat. § 21-2","heading":"Issue and revocation.","body":"The majority of the selectmen of each town may issue such licenses and, if the charter or ordinances of any city or borough do not authorize any person or persons to issue such licenses, the mayor of such city or the warden of such borough may issue the same; but no license shall be issued unless an application therefor in writing has been made and filed with one of the selectmen or with the authority authorized by law to issue such license, at least three days before the issue thereof. The authority issuing such license may revoke the same if, in the judgment of such authority, it is for the public interest to do so.","path":["TITLE 21. LICENSES","CHAPTER 403.
