Penalty.","body":"(a) Any person who advertises, holds, conducts or carries on any sale of goods, wares or merchandise under the description of “closing-out sale” contrary to the provisions of this chapter or violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor.\n(b) Violation of any provision of sections 21-35a to 21-35n, inclusive, shall constitute an unfair or deceptive act or practice as defined in section 42-110b.","path":["TITLE 21.
