Inspections.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall cause to be inspected regularly all commissaries and storage, service and transport facilities which handle readily perishable food. Any such commissary or facility which handles food not readily perishable may be inspected as often as the commissioner deems necessary, but in no event less than once every six months.\n(b) After proper identification, any inspector may enter at any reasonable time during regular business hours upon any public or private premises where any commissary, storage, service or transport facility or vending machine is located. The owner or person in possession of each vending machine shall give such inspectors free access to the interior of such machine for inspection purposes.","path":["TITLE 21a.
