Stat. § 21a-421aaa","heading":"Sale or delivery of cannabis or cannabis paraphernalia to person under twenty-one.","body":"(a) Any cannabis establishment licensee or any agent of a cannabis establishment licensee who sells or delivers cannabis to any person under twenty-one years of age shall be guilty of a class E felony.\n(b) Any cannabis establishment licensee or any agent of a cannabis establishment licensee who sells or delivers cannabis paraphernalia to any person under twenty-one years of age shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
