Regulations.","body":"(a) Preparation of food in a private residential dwelling for sale for human consumption shall be allowed provided it conforms to the regulations adopted pursuant to subsection (b) of this section.\n(b) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection, after consulting with the Commissioner of Public Health, shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to allow the preparation of food in a private residential dwelling for sale for human consumption.","path":["TITLE 21a.
