Stat. § 22-169","heading":"Appeals from local authorities.","body":"Any person aggrieved by an order issued by any local official authorized to prohibit the sale of milk or cream in any town, city or borough may appeal from such order to the Milk Regulation Board. Such appeal shall be taken by filing in the office of said board a copy of the order prohibiting such sale, with a brief statement of such grievance. Said board shall, within one week after the receipt of such appeal, ascertain the methods employed by the person taking such appeal in producing, handling or distributing milk or cream, and shall cause an inspection of all implements and equipment used in the production and handling of the same, the cows from which, and barn and premises where, such milk or cream is produced or procured and, after such inspection, shall forthwith affirm, modify or rescind such order, but the original order shall remain in force pending such appeal.","path":["TITLE 22.
