Stat. § 22-6b","heading":"Refunds of sums paid Department of Agriculture.","body":"The Comptroller, upon application of the Commissioner of Agriculture, may draw his order upon the Treasurer in favor of any person equitably entitled to the refund of any money paid to any component agency of the Department of Agriculture for the amount of such refund as determined by the Commissioner of Agriculture, provided, if the amount of such refund exceeds two hundred fifty dollars, such refund shall only be made with the approval of the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management.","path":["TITLE 22.
