Stat. § 22a-134n","heading":"Grants for chemical disposal days.","body":"(a) The Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection may, within available appropriations, make a grant to any municipality, any group of municipalities or any regional council of governments organized under the provisions of sections 4-124i to 4-124p, inclusive, sponsoring a chemical disposal day. The grant shall be not more than fifty per cent of the cost to the grantee of conducting such chemical disposal day. An application for a grant shall include a plan for a chemical disposal day which shall comply with any guidelines developed by the commissioner pursuant to section 22a-134m.\n(b) Any grantee under this section shall be eligible for additional grants, provided no grantee shall be eligible for more than two grants in any fiscal year.","path":["TITLE 22a.
