Stat. § 22a-209e","heading":"Certain lamp recycling facilities to be considered volume reduction plants.","body":"For the purposes of this chapter, “lamp recycling facility” means a facility operated to remove, recover or recycle for reuse mercury, metals, phosphorous powder, gases, glass or other materials from fluorescent or high intensity discharge lamps. Such a facility shall be considered a volume reduction plant, as defined in section 22a-207, regardless of the volume of solid waste generated and shall not be subject to the requirements of section 22a-454 provided such facility is operated in compliance with federal law.","path":["TITLE 22a.
