Stat. § 22a-255","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in sections 22a-255a and 22a-255b:\n(1) “Beverage” means mineral waters, soda water or carbonated soft drinks in liquid form and intended for human consumption;\n(2) “Plastic bottle” means a container with a capacity of sixteen ounces or more composed primarily of one or more plastics; and\n(3) “Closure” means a screw on or twist off cap used to close a container when such cap is not integral to the structure of the container.","path":["TITLE 22a.
