Schedule.","body":"On a state-wide basis, the percentage of recycled fiber contained in newsprint used by all publishers shall be in accordance with the following schedule: For the year ending December 31, 1992, eleven per cent or more; for the year ending December 31, 1993, sixteen per cent or more; for the year ending December 31, 1994, twenty per cent or more; for the two years ending December 31, 1996, twenty-three per cent or more; for the year ending December 31, 1997, thirty-one per cent or more; for the year ending December 31, 1998, forty per cent or more; for the year ending December 31, 1999, forty-five per cent or more; and for the year ending December 31, 2000, and thereafter, fifty per cent or more.","path":["TITLE 22a.
