Establishment of boundaries.","body":"In order to carry out the purposes of sections 22a-359 to 22a-363, inclusive, the commissioner is authorized to establish boundaries waterward of the coastal jurisdiction line along tidal, coastal and navigable waters for equitable regulation of use, dredging, obstruction and encroachment thereof, and to establish areas for development of small boat basins or other facilities, provided such establishments shall be made in accordance with a general plan prepared for the orderly development of the area or region.","path":["TITLE 22a.
