The commissioner may adopt by reference any standards or regulations concerning the disposal, storage, marking, record-keeping, use and transportation, by any mode, manufacturing, processing and distribution in commerce of the compound PCB adopted by the United States Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act (15 USC 2601 et seq).","path":["TITLE 22a.
