Stat. § 22a-66d","heading":"Action by the commissioner.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall, after review of a complete application, issue or deny a certificate of registration. An applicant shall be informed of a denial by certified mail, return receipt requested. A denial shall briefly state the reasons therefor. Any person aggrieved by a decision to deny a certificate may, within thirty days from the date such decision is deposited in the mail, request a hearing before the commissioner. Such hearing shall be held in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54.\n(b) The commissioner may revoke or suspend a registration in accordance with the provisions of section 4-182.","path":["TITLE 22a.
