Stat. § 26-22","heading":"Control of aquatic plants and animals.","body":"The commissioner may, after investigation has indicated that such measures are in the interest of fisheries management, use chemical, electrical or mechanical means to remove undesirable plants or animals from the waters of the state or may add substances to the waters of the state for the purpose of increasing the production of fish food organisms in such waters. Where such waters are used for a water supply furnished to the public or are tributary to such water supply, the addition of chemicals and substances to such waters shall be subject to the approval of the Department of Public Health.","path":["TITLE 26.
